Spend the next 7 days smiling as often as you can remember to. Right now, start smiling and just keep that smile happening as long as you can. Get your eyes smiling too.
Everything you do, hold the smile on your face and tell yourself how happy and grateful you are that you get to do this specific thing. Even if it is collecting dog poop or washing the dishes. Smile and find an element about that moment to be grateful and happy for.
